Do you think you have what it takes to join us? Meeting the base requirements aren’t enough. They only get you in the door to talk. If you want to talk about joining we’ll be discussing your approach, your protocols and your philosophy about hair restoration. I’ll also be asking for original imagery and video of your patients and your procedures. I’ll be asking for forms that document internal procedures and an outline, and examples, of how you maintain contact through your follow-up protocol post-surgery. Yeah, it’s a lot to work with, but while applying is rigorous, the benefits are worthwhile.

IAHRS member in good standing.
A minimum of 750 hair restoration surgeries.
Demonstrate a proficiency with repair work.
Emphasize patient education.
Encourage surgery as the last resort.
Stress hair loss prevention to your patients.
Demonstrate efficient use of microscopes for follicular dissection and refinement.
Respect proper medical protocols.
Demonstrate an understanding of what looks natural.
Proactive post-operative patient care.
Maintains proper doctor/patient boundaries.
Does not misuse social media marketing.
